Programmatic Media Platforms and Indemnities Statement
Updated August 2026
Programmatic Buying & Technology
Seven-75 operates as an independent media consultancy and buying agency, using a range of programmatic technologies, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs and ad verification tools.
We buy media across Programmatic Guaranteed, Private Marketplace (PMP), Unreserved Fixed Rate (UFR) and Open Exchange (RTB) environments, following best-practice standards.
Curated Inventory & Fixed Price Arrangements
To support brand safety, media quality and campaign outcomes, Seven-75 may use curated media deals or managed service arrangements, including fixed-price, non-reconcilable inventory accessed through third-party platforms or partners.
All such activity will be outlined in a media schedule for approval by an authorised client representative prior to campaign setup, management and optimisation.
Post-campaign, Seven-75 may verify delivery, media quality and cost as invoiced. However, neither Seven-75 nor its clients have audit rights over underlying buy rates, mark-ups or supplier margins for these arrangements unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Quality and Performance Disclaimer
Seven-75 takes all reasonable steps to support campaign quality and brand safety but cannot guarantee specific results, performance, viewability or inventory quality.
Campaign outcomes may depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, creative, competition, audience behaviour, inventory availability and platform algorithms.
Indemnity and Commercial Terms
By engaging Seven-75 Pty Ltd, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seven-75 Pty Ltd, its directors, employees and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from or in connection with the media services provided, except where such claims arise directly from Seven-75 Pty Ltd's negligence or wilful misconduct.
Seven-75 values transparency and the trust of our clients. Audit or commercial review rights may be made available to clients operating under a formal contract where such provisions are expressly agreed.
For ad hoc or non-contracted campaigns, we are unable to provide audit or commercial review access due to the operational and administrative resources required.
Seven-75 may at times use curated or fixed-price media arrangements through third-party vendors to support brand safety, access particular inventory or audiences, or achieve specific campaign outcomes. In these circumstances, reporting and invoicing may reflect the overall cost and verified delivery of the curated campaign rather than underlying supplier costs or margins.
Similarly, where Seven-75 sources bundled or aggregated media placements from trusted partners, including to access premium inventory, exclusive audiences or fixed-outcome arrangements, reporting and invoicing will reflect the total campaign cost and verified delivery without necessarily providing a breakdown of individual inventory costs, supplier buy rates or partner fees.
All services are provided strictly as outlined in the approved media schedule.
Disclosure
Seven-75 Pty Ltd is fully independent and has no ownership or contractual affiliation with any media publisher or supplier that would compromise its independence.
We act in the interests of our clients when planning, recommending and executing media activity.
